Plain English

It may or it may not be the best idea
to write everything in plain English
However, sometimes my muses are better understood
when I write in the language of Don Quixote.

Now that we are clear, dear,
I may say I'm fully aware
that I'm not the owner of all of your memories
-only of the best ones.-

And that's the way it is.

Regardless of what you say to your friends
or what you say when you close the door.

But don't worry, do not- I beg you
for you will always find me
after your long days
in a corner of your pillow.
